Gosh!!!! Finally.... I get to blog about our trip in Brissy..... Hahahaha... Was literally waiting for the birth of this entry as our trip in Brisbane was way crazier...Partly because Super Pinky was fully onboard as well!!!!! Woosh!!!!!!! The Cucumber Gals were united once again! (still missing Mussita though... *sob*)
So, the supergals decided to rest their powers for later, and flew in Qantas...
This time we were prepared for a non-existent welcoming as Nisa asked us to take the train to errr... somewhere somewhere.... -.-''
But... Nothing is ever smooth and nice for us when all of us are involved... We were in the line, asked the poor helpful guy tonnes of questions, finally decided on getting return tickets, about to pay for our tickets, then Nisa called Chong, telling her to take the cab instead...
There was a round of confusion and minor squabbling in front of the poor guy who had already printed out our tickets...
In the end, we put on our best puppy eyes, flashed our best smiles, apologized to the poor guy, then asked about the taxi stand...swt...............
Although that poor guy kept saying it's alright when we apologized... deep down inside we felt so bad because we knew we did get him into a little bit of trouble..... oopsie...
So we reached Kelvin Grove in one piece and was warmly welcomed by our lovely Nisa. After settling down, dumping our huge bags in our rooms, receiving our illegal concession cards, we stomped into the city!!!!

First stop was lunch! Because we have Nisa with us, we had to find a halal place.. So we settled for this Malaysian restaurant which serve quite good mee goreng *slurp*.. Lunch was alright... No accidents and casualities... hahahaha..
Then it was time to jalan-jalan around the city...
To our pleasant surprise, Brisbane feels a lot like Malaysia... The hot climate, the buildings, the 'feel'.. Lol... We felt at home instantly...
and their casino looks damn cool from the outside...
unlike the boring auckland, places in Australia were well-decorated to welcome Christmas... But of course, nothing beats Asian countries that go all out to make everything fancy and spectacular...
The most part of our day was actually spent in this perfume shop!!! For some reason, their perfumes are damn cheap... like really really cheap!!!! err... you get it right... lol...
We were so spoilt for choices that we spent a good few hours in it.. Even if you're not a fan of fragrances, trust me, you will be looking around attentively to get some as gifts... So how cheap are they really? You can get a whole set of Revlon consmetics (Lipstick, eye shadow, and fragrance included) for a mere $15!!! 100 ml Hugo Boss fragrance gift set (with shaving foam and body lotion included) for $65!!!! Adidas fragrance for $10 and the list goes on and on... You will even find some slightly rare products like Celine Dion's line of body lotions...

And we came out with these...
mostly mine though, because I'm leaving for Auckland 2 days before they head off back to Sydney and I might missed my chance of getting my goodies... hehe..
After a few more stops here and there...
We met up with sweet Kelsey for some yummy pancakes...
Then some more walking and posing...
... we came to this errrr.... place.... to have some wicked chocolate drinks.....
That was our first day in Brissy... Still seem mild huh...
Wait for the next entry ;)
